Three's a Charm; Best hang and convo

Here's another post for our Three's a Charm feature that seems to be often forgotten. This time, pictures of people (and pet) I always love to hang and to converse with. Of course there are other sweethearts but I will save them for another day.

Forever be my baby?

I just got off the phone with my sister Volent. We were talking about her son, my nephew. His new hobbies, his new friends... How time flies and just in a blink of an eye, Joseph is going to be 5 in May this year.
Are you a momma? Do you experience that happy but aching feeling witnessing your little one(s) growing up? Do you -not so secretly- wish for them to go back being your baby? Did you silently wipe your tears when he finally let your hands go as he walked into his classroom and say " I am alright Mama... you can go now" ?

For my dear sister, allow me to share this picture of Joseph Kiyoshi when he was 1 year old- reading his first bible I got for him. And post a beautiful poem that got me all teary :)

Happy Birthday Benevolent!

Happy 30th Birthday to my daring but timid, delicate but strong, fearful but courageous little sister; Benevolent. I will always have that picture of you with that long braided hair in my mind, but admit the fact that you are now portraying a role of a great mother for your lovely son; Joseph Kiyoshi.

I wish you all the love in the world and may the grace from Jesus Christ showers you all the time!

Sisterly Weekend

Volent (my sister) was here last weekend. We had some serious fun time by the beach- it was a sunny day , serious food at some recommended restaurants and a beach club here in Bali, serious girl talk.. well, women.. and we got to laugh and cry a little too.
