It has been a while indeed that I have not posting for my Inspiration Sunday feature!
Well not much to say here, as I am running out of almost everything in the house (no coffee, no long phrases), I am just sharing one beautiful quote to my ladies out there. A conversation with a friend a few days ago reminded me how amazing God is and how hopeless I know I will be if I keep convincing myself I can do things on my own.
Happy Sunday and God bless you all.

Inspiration Sunday: To be One
I am sure many of us here can easily mention names of inspiring people. Be it in your career, your love story or maybe in other things that may either be big or small in life. It can be about building your dreams, weight loss, or maybe in fighting serious illness. He or she can be a writer, a poet, an astronaut. They can be your parents or even a complete stranger. You may have met them, or follow them on social media (if the word stalking is too harsh), or collect their journals.
But, have you met someone who can look you in the eye and tell you that you have become their inspiration?
You may look back, shook your head and say "Nah, I did not invent the penicillin, why would someone think of me an an idol or as an inspiring person?".
You may look back, shook your head and say "Nah, I did not invent the penicillin, why would someone think of me an an idol or as an inspiring person?".
Think again.
I learn that we should not limit the meaning of a word. This includes the meaning to 'inspiration'. You may not have published an earth shattering book or produced a box office movie. But the way you face your daily life without complain and your positivity can be contagious and without you noticing, your friend sitting in the next cubicle will with or without her consciousness, complain less. She may not realize it, but you inspire her. Your determination can affect your spouse, or your team. Your sense of gratitude may influence your child. That shade of your lipstick and blush that lightens up your smile can be a reason for someone to re arrange her make up kit. The way you rock a classic style, or maybe how you carefully select your play list can also be an inspiration.
Recently, I found that someone is starting to write because of me. Well, 2 people actually. One is a dear friend and the other one is a stranger who is a hidden reader (*grind).
I am inspired by other writers too. And I thank my wander mind because no matter how much I read, I still have this way of phrasing paragraphs in my very own style. And that's just a little thing. I hope I am also an inspiration to my dear siblings and family, or best friends too in other ways.
And there's never going to be a day where I would say "This is enough" to my list of inspiring people. Because I believe, the more you think of many, the bigger chance you can be one to somebody. Thank you sweethearts.

Inspiration Sunday : I can see!
Thank you for letting me see things beyond my understanding. Thank you thinking of me as a to die for. For chastising me. For having faith in me when I almost cannot believe in myself. For teaching me how to have faith in other people...for standing beside me when the road is dark and narrow.
Thank You, for enabling me to see the tiniest light at the end of the tunnel, even when the world is at a hesitation.
May my vision, hearing and action will always be guided by You.
ps: Happy Sunday beautiful people!

Inspiration Sunday: Emergency Numbers
Oh how things we have planned can go the other way round, can take super slow lane when you feel that you are out of time. How you think you can handle everything but apparently, you cannot? (No surprise there heh?).
Never I want to push God under anyone's throat...But you know what, even when people might see me as a one strong faithful lady, I have my moments of fear to...I event lament sometimes in my prayer.
But, I am blessed enough to be bestowed by His grace so I always know who to call, where to turn my head to :)

Inspiration Sunday: Pray about it
Please excuse the pause on Inspiration Sunday. I may have not
been so much inspired these days… And when I stumble upon this quote… I finally
know why…
I have been too busy with my own mind and problems as if I can
make everything better by just handling it myself, worrying, nag about it and lamenting
over and over again.
Result; not working. Clearly.
So thank you, word of God…, I should look up to you at the very
first place…. Now, I am about to go down on my knees and talk to you about what
I have been trying to hold on to, things I been trying to solve myself.
Are you there?

Inspiration Sunday: Be still and know You are God
Happy Sunday beautiful people. I am happy to share this one beautiful song I like to listen to when things get hard and I feel like I just want to hide under God's mighty hands. Truth be told, been feeling like that a bit often these days...
The best thing about being His child? I can do that all the time and I know never will He question my reasons being. I can just be still, and know He is God. Amen.

Inspiration Sunday: Perfect to me
Hello Sunday! This post will be a bit cheesy, but I have been a bit like that these days. Cheesy and corny and... hopefully sweet :) Even just a little bit.
Have you heard this one? P!nk seems madly in love when performing this song of hers. But this one is effortlessly endearing to my ears.
Hope this will inspire that soft side of you, sweethearts. As it does to me...
Oh, Pretty, pretty please/ Don't you ever, ever feel/ Like your less than less than perfect.
Pretty, pretty please/ If you ever, ever feel/ Like your nothing/ You're perfect to me.

Inspiration Sunday: Don't carry it all
My energy level is now close to zero. Ever feel that way? How do you deal with it? Now I do not really have the time to take an "off" day from the world so I think listening to good music and a few light readings will help. I will try to spare a half an hour or so this evening.
Is it bad if I categorized this as an inspiration? This is something that I need to learn to do, this thing quoted below. So...
Oh, remember this line from The Beatles' " Hey Jude" ? ; "And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude refrain... Don't carry the world upon your shoulder"

Inspiration Sunday: Juno and Lucas
My family once rescued a stray dog from a slaughter house. Snowy (my sister Maharani gave him that name) , was the most protective and loyal dog we ever owned despite the fact that he was not a guard dog breed. He was more alert, fearless and aggressive than a German shepherd to strangers and gave us a secure feeling more than ever. He died 6 years ago.
From that moment on, we always believe that a rescued dog sense's give them an idea of a second chance in life, a force that lead them to be very attached to the rescuers.
This story below will tell you more about it. Prepare to shed tears. I just did :)
Juno, a Belgian Malinois was rescued from a shelter by Chester and Jennifer ( a fine parents of Lucas- a 4 y/o boy suffers from Sanfilippo syndrome) just days before Juno was to be euthanized.
But since coming to live with her family in Alcoa, Tenn., Juno has taken on the role of rescuer to Lucas Hembree instead, through a very special bond only the two can understand ... read more

Inspiration Sunday: How do you perceive beauty?
Re posting this article Washington Post:
A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that thousands of people went through the station, most of them on their way to work. Three minutes went by and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried up to meet his schedule.
A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping continued to walk.
A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly he was late for work.
The one who paid the most attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother tagged him along, hurried but the kid stopped to look at the violinist. Finally the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. All the parents, without exception, forced them to move on.
In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money but continued to walk their normal pace. He collected $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.
No one knew this but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the top musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.
Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston and the seats average $100.
This is a real story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context?
One of the possible conclusions from this experience could be: If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?
