What I See in Fashion

Let's talk about real stuff... Fashion :)

If you come visit me at my house (and are a girl), you may have a closer look to my closet. There, you will find tons of white tops, striped shirts and dark colored or light blue t-shirts. Predictable.. or boring?
Living in Bali give me reasons to invest in more short pants, but to this day I have only three of them; Black, green army and red. So I am not a fashionista. You may conclude. But I do have strong preferences in style. Or, if I can be honest... a typical preference.

To my very eyes, fashion has to be... timeless. 
My gold-rose watch matches with almost any kind of style during the night and my black leather strap one is an even more versatile. I can wear white tops anywhere and just have to play around with necklaces, earrings to look different.  Striped pattern is exquisite so I have them in many colors and style; shirts, dresses, blouses.

They have to be affordable and comfortable. Ha! Sure I treasure my somewhat expensive shoes and hand bags, but I did pay attention to the leather quality, its comfort, every single details it has. It is easy to predict which blouse I like and which I do not because trend does not influence me that much. Classic style is an investment!
When I decided to purchase skinny jeans in bright colors, it was a a decision that I have thought about thoroughly!
I do love to invest in sunnies, perfume , shoes and designer label handbags.
But I am not ashamed to admit that I also love hunting at a flea market or a thrift store!

This might be the longest pause I have ever had with blogging. My apology... But I cannot promise you anything other than short postings to keep you updated so you will not ditch me!

I am sharing you the sweetest picture ever.... Which I can totally relate too. People at work might want to shut my mouth with a duct-tape because I keep talking about my dogs, but what can I say... their love are just so infectious and I could not help but feeling happier whenever I am around them.

What I See in Men

There will be another post with "What I see in..." in the title. Here's my maiden one. Bear in mind this is just the top of the iceberg. I refrain myself to bring the cards of honesty, accountable and all other heavy stuffs to the table.

Let's just talk about the little things which are just as important:

Truth be told. I see (and most likely judge) your sense of music. I mean it big time. There's nothing more fascinating than finding someone with richer knowledge in music and know all of the songs from the years we were not yet even born (and you are not some radio DJ or some sort).

If you like The Cure, The Roots, David Bowie, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper and The Smiths, you might be qualified to be considered as 'Dating Material".

Oh, there were times when I had a big crush on RHCP. So, knowing a thing or two about them might score some brownie points too. Your reading habit? Please do not make me go there :)

Your shoes. Man, you can go to modest with your shirt. But a real gentleman should appreciate their feet.

Your effort in appreciating your woman. We do not always have the energy to keep the house clean, but gawd knows we try! So, fixing your own breakfast on weekends while you are giving us an extra 30 minutes of sleep is priceless.

How you treat animals. Most especially dogs. Once you cringe to my excessive love towards them, you are out of the picture.
