ADD

Let me make this clear. I have no tolerance for "autistic" jokes people casually use on their daily conversation. 
You need to understand that it's a serious condition and there are families who really are fighting a big fight in and around it. 
Read books about it and you will understand. Same understanding and insight goes to ADHD or Asperger syndrome...
But from the deepest heart I can tell you that I think this phrase is very cute and sweet... In a way that it is also courageous .
